CHT Appoints Every Capital for Audit

December 11, 2018

Countinghouse Fund is pleased to appoint Every Capital to undertake the audit work of our crypto fund performance.

Every Capital is launching Australia's first retail cryptoasset hedge fund. Its CEO and founder, Tom Surman, has over 10 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and financial advisor.  The firm's specialist cryptoasset Accounting division will be undertaking the audit, which will be conducted in accordance with the relevant professional and ethical standards issued by the Accounting Professional & Ethical Standards Board (APESB), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).

The scope of engagement will be as follows: -

  • Audit/verify the balance of funds held in the Counting House Fund’s trading account

  • Audit/verify the CHT tokens held and accessible by the Counting House team

  • Verification of the weekly CHT token value and valuation methodology

  • Written audit report on the audit findings

We look forward to the completion of this task in the coming weeks, and the assurance our investors will have with CHT fund performance reports.
